Jo Walpole: Okay, so you've got me - I'm a woman writing westerns. Put another way, I'm an Indie writer, doing what I love: writing classic westerns. All else aside, my writing has been well-received by critics and readers alike. The Maggie O'Bannen series has been called "absorbing" with "smooth writing, real characters, and a great story".
